These magnificent birds are not only symbols of biodiversity but living messengers of the wild, reminding us of our deep responsibility to protect the life that sings above and around us.

We honour the legacy of the Indigenous and local communities who once lived and worked on this land. Their ancestral knowledge and deep connection to nature guide us as we care for it in respect, and renewal.

Guacamayo offers a limited number of private lots for sale—each one thoughtfully nestled within the heart of our conservation project. These residences are more than just homes; they are invitations to live in harmony with the land, to take part in the restoration of vital habitats, and to contribute directly to the protection of the Scarlet Macaw (Ara macao).
The origin story.
Twenty five years ago, I had a dream.
I planted over 5000 rare hardwoods, medicinal and fruit trees, enhancing the already thriving ecosystem.
Over the past decade, this area has been intentionally left undisturbed as a unique opportunity for ecological restoration.
Since then, the land has flourished – those saplings now standing as tall as mother trees.
Our purpose today.

committed stewards for this
environment and honour the
legacy of this biosphere.
